ingredients :
1 can (470 gms.) whole kernel corn
3 cups pure coconut milk
1 can (470 ml.) evaporated milk
1 can (470 ml) condensed milk
300 gms cornstarch
butter
grated cheese
1 cup water
sugar
Procedure:
- Mix the pure coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk and kernel corn in a pan. Cook and stir occassionally under very low heat.
- · Put the cornstarch and water together in a bowl and mix until the cornstarch is completely dissolved in water
- · Put the dissolved cornstarch slowly onto the mixture and stir continuously until free of lumps.
- · cook until it became thick and creamy
