sweet n sour fish |
ingredients :
1 kilo tilapia
about 50 gms ginger, finely cut into small strips
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
50 grams carrots, chopped into strips and diagonally
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
200 grams pack tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
pepper and seasoning to taste
Procedure :
- Fry fish on a frying pan and set aside.
- Saute ginger, garlic and onion until slightly brown
- Add soy sauce aand vinegar and simmer until it boils
- Add the tomato sauce and water.Cook until sauce reaches its consistency.
- Add carrots.Let it cook.
- Add sugar, pepper and seasoning to taste.
- Add the fried fish.
- Serve hot.
