SWEET N SOUR FISH (TILAPIA)

sweet n  sour fish


ingredients :


1 kilo tilapia

about 50 gms ginger, finely cut into small  strips

3  cloves garlic, chopped

1 onion, finely chopped

50 grams carrots, chopped into strips and diagonally

2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon vinegar

200 grams pack  tomato sauce

1/2 cup  water

1 tablespoon sugar

pepper and seasoning to taste



Procedure :

  • Fry fish on a frying pan and set aside.
  • Saute ginger, garlic and onion until slightly brown
  • Add  soy sauce aand vinegar and simmer until it boils
  • Add the tomato sauce and water.Cook until sauce reaches its consistency.
  • Add carrots.Let it cook.
  • Add sugar, pepper and seasoning to taste.
  • Add the fried fish.
  • Serve hot.
