ingredients :
1 kilo chicken, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 head onion, chopped thinly into smaller pieces
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 can ( 250 ml ) pineapple juice
carrots, chopped into small pieces
250 grams pineapple chunks, drained and reserve syrup
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup water
seasoning to taste
Procedure :
- Saute garlic and onions until it turns into golden brown
- Add the chicken, soy sauce and pineapple chunk syrup
- Let simmer until slightly dry and oil comes out. This procedure helps to remove the unpleasant smell of the chicken and helps the food to taste even better.
- Put half a cup of water. Simmer until sauce becomes thicker
- Add the pineapple juice and carrots. Let simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce becomes thicker.
- Add the sugar and the seasoning to taste.
