LECHE FLAN

LECHE FLAN
ingredients :

1 tray ( 30 pcs.) large size eggs

5 cans (470 ml) evaporated milk

4 cans (470 ml) condensed milk

sugar

lime rind or vanilla for good smell




ratio:(measurement);

8 cups eggs both whites and yolk combined is to
8 cups of sugar and
16 cups of combined evaporated and condensed milk
1/2 kilo brown sugar

Procedure:
  • mash both egg whites and yolks slowly and firmly to prevent it from being bubbly.
  • Combine all the ingredients
  • Strain the mixture using  a thin piece of cloth
  • caramelized  brown sugar on the molded tin until its golden brown
  • pour the mixture on the mold and steam using a steam casserole on a very low fire for 2 to 3 hours or until the cake is cooked.
